To ensure a better living environment for future generations, we aim to reduce environmental impact in our global and local operations.

Reduce Environmental Footprint-Shing Shing Long
Our main approaches are to reduce carbon footprints, where possible, and promote sustainable consumption.

We consider the long-term implications of our operations in terms of global warming impact and deforestation and strive daily to reduce our environmental footprint.

Through procuring sustainable materials, we ensure sustainability in material sourcing and management. In manufacturing, we recycle and reuse scraps to ensure the materials are efficiently utilized and prevent the waste from possible pollution.

We are also committed to reducing energy consumption and waste in our business, such as reducing vertical industrial fans in factories and installing large energy-saving ceiling fans; reducing printing and promoting paperless campaigns; in addition, we attach great importance to air quality and have added air purifiers in offices , monitor suspended particles at all times to protect the health of colleagues.

Our following agenda is to monitor our environmental footprint and apply for Carbon Footprint Verification.

Support an elementary school in Taiwan

A proud Yuemei Elementary alumni, our President and his family have fostered a 20+ year connection with his alma mater.

Since 2020, he's been their breakfast sponsor and named to be official consultant the following year. This drip coffee you see - a beautiful collaboration between 27 elementary schools, including Yuemei Elementary, is a student work of Washington High's "Coffee Boy" initiative - perfectly embodies their shared values of community and youth empowerment.

In 2023, our Vice President even shared her experience with the school's parents, offering guidance on everything from balancing family & career to fostering love and self-expression in children. Their partnership is a testament to their ongoing commitment to enriching the community and shaping the next generation.

Our journey on knowledge sharing began when the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, R.O.C. (TAIWAN).

The organization sent senior managers 133 recommended books.

Instead of keeping these valuable books to only specific individuals, we started a Shing Shing Long Library with these 133 books accessible to our colleagues. This initiative begins our book collection and fosters meaningful connections among colleagues as we share knowledge.
